Do You Have A Store Location?

 No. We are a mobile operation offering you the same service and products that you would find in a retail store. This keeps our costs down and we pass these savings on to our customers.  

Is Your 2 Hour "At Your Door" Service Guaranteed?

 Yes. Our 2 hour service is KnightVac's commitment to giving our customers quick and reliable service. If we do not do not arrive at your home within two hours of your booking, we will reduce the service fee by 50%. Regular same day services are also available.. Certain condition apply.* 

Do You Only Service Central Vacuums?

At this time we only service and/or sell central vacuum units, hoses, electrical power heads and other cleaning accessories.  

Do You Warranty The Products That You Sell?

Absolutely. We warranty all our products in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty coverage. 

Do I Need To Change My Hose Or Accessories If I purchase A New Central Vacuum Unit?

 No. You can still use your current hose and accessories. 

Can I Drop Off My Repair Or Pick Up My Purchase At Your Location?

Yes. You can drop off and pick up your repair item or arrange to have your purchase picked up at our North York office.

Do You Have An Online Store?

Yes. We now have a secure online store. You can now purchase central vacuums, all related accessories, installation kits and book  home service or installations.  Please click here for our on-line store 

Can I Pay When You Deliver My Order?

For your convenience, we can take cash, cheque or debit payment at the door. Credit card payments are processed at our office prior to delivery.
